How to buy a wine for a friend who lives in Indiana?

I'm in Mexico and i want to give a friend a bottle of wine as a gift, but wine laws in Indiana prohibit wine shipping to the state. What would yo reccomend? a gift certificate? but where? Thanks!|||what city?

GC is a good idea.

Research Indiana wineries, pick a good bottle, call the local liquor store in the town your friend lives, they can order what you need and your friend can pick up.|||Order wine from a winery and have them ship it to your friend. Usually the bigger wineries carry the license to ship out of state. If not then find a winery in Indiana! Wineries are popping up everywhere.

Cheers!
