How much wine yeast do you need to make orange juice wine?

Also, could I just buy a big jug of orange juice and make the wine in the same jug it came in?|||Use one packet. Don't use the same jug unless you don't use all the orange juice. You need room for the sugar, the yeast, the foam, and all the headspace.





BTW, orange wine is sickly-sweet, at least as it is made in LA.
